Jasmine Sanderfer is a native of North Alabama, born and raised in Athens City near the Tennessee state line. Jasmine's career in real estate began 15 years ago. She is a growth-focused operations executive and trusted relationship builder known for designing and leading best-in-class growth strategies and teams to deliver remarkable value within the real estate sector. She empowered real estate associations to succeed by effortlessly navigating economic, political, and cultural changes. Tailored government, board, and investor relations to ensure business success and drove organizational projects from inception to implementation. An influential executive fostering relationships to support and grow community outreach causes with a reputation for viable, large-scale PAC fundraising efforts. 

Jasmine first assisted REALTORS and saw a glimpse of the somewhat glamorous career at a young age; from that moment, she dreamt of working in the housing industry. Her first major role working with REALTORS was at the most prominent local REALTOR Association in Alabama, the Birmingham Association of REALTORS. After working in Alabama, she went on to work at the Williamson County Association of REALTORS in Brentwood, TN as the first African American female Government Affairs Director. In that role, she lobbied on REALTORS' behalf, fighting issues that affect the housing industry at the Federal, State, and Local level. 

Over the years, she has continued to build her network across the U.S., learning from some of the best in the industry. Building upon her experience in the housing industry, she is now expanding to working independently to lobby on behalf of companies and individuals who need a government affairs strategist. Jasmine believes that no matter your business, politics will always play a part in your industry and will work tirelessly to ensure your business's success.

Jasmine has an amazing son by the name of Harrison, who also keeps her busy. She believes in a healthy balance between work and family. Harrison is a small force with a personality larger than life itself, and he has a nonprofit called Harry's Webs. Jasmine believes in educating him on the importance of giving back and inspiring others to be the best they can be, no matter the circumstance. "Influence is the ability to change behavior."
